About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role requires a multi-skilled individual with a strong understanding of visual communication and the ability to bring creative ideas to life across both digital and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling visuals for platforms such as social media, websites, course materials, presentations, and advertisements.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and other engaging educational content.
• Maintain and evolve Edugorithm’s brand identity across all digital and print materials.
• Work proficiently with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Utilize AI-based video-making tools to produce innovative and scalable content.
• Develop and execute creative concepts to simplify and enhance learning through visuals.
• Collaborate with educators, content creators, and the marketing team to align design with Edugorithm’s vision.
• Stay updated with design, video, and edtech content trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI video-making tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with animation and e-learning design.
• Knowledge of basic audio editing.
• Prior experience creating visuals for online learning platforms.
