We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating engaging and visually compelling digital and print assets. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to support branding, UI/UX design, and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual content for digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
  
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, infographics, banners, and advertisements.
  
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create user-centric design components for software products.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and platforms.
  
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
  
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  
• Experience in graphic design, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
  
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  
• Experience with UI/UX design and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage (not mandatory).
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design work.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a tech startup or agile environment.
  
• Familiarity with branding for SaaS or IT products.
  
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) are a plus.
