Job Title: Graphic Designer – InDesign Specialist

We are an EdTech firm dedicated to developing high-quality curriculum, teacher guides, journals, games, flashcards, and other educational materials. Our work combines creativity with structure, requiring strong expertise in design software and a keen understanding of educational content.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe InDesign to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with master pages, templates, and multi-page layouts, particularly for the education sector. The role involves creating and refining designs for books, workbooks, guides, and other curriculum-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and layout educational materials, including teacher guides, student workbooks, journals, flashcards, and game boards.

Create and manage InDesign templates and master pages to ensure consistency across large-scale projects.

Work with Illustrator and Photoshop for supporting graphics, illustrations, and image editing.

Collaborate with the content team to bring educational ideas to life in engaging and accessible formats.

Ensure design quality, accuracy, and print readiness.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Adobe InDesign (expert level) with a strong grasp of master pages, paragraph styles, and advanced layout features.

Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Previous experience in the education sector (books, guides, curriculum, or similar) preferred.

Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
