The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a creative force, working directly with a diverse portfolio of clients to bring their brands and projects to life. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs across both print and digital mediums, with a special focus on signage and marketing collateral for the real estate and small business sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with clients and our team to understand project goals and deliver creative, effective design solutions.
  • Design a wide variety of materials, including logos, brand identity packages, brochures, business cards, mailers, and social media graphics.
  • Create impactful designs for physical signage, such as 'For Sale' signs, open house materials, vehicle graphics, and storefront displays.
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files for various production methods, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, from concept through completion.
  • Maintain brand consistency for our clients across all marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Required:
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or print-shop environment.
  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your design skills in branding, layout, and typography. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a must).
  • Excellent understanding of print production processes, file setup, and color theory (CMYK, RGB, Pantone).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling visuals.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work one on one, in person, with clients.
  • Must be punctual, consistent, and detail oriented.
  • Preferred (Bonus Points):
  • Experience designing for the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of large format printing and sign design.
  • Comfortable working with Canva (to assist our clients)
  • Basic use of Quickbooks (invoicing) and Trello
