Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Future Varsity. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand designs for a variety of purposes, including social media posts/stories, brochures, hoarding ads, leaflets, and website banners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media posts and stories across various platforms, including Brand collaterals, Websites, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop eye-catching brochures that effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our institutions and programs.
• Design impactful hoarding ads to promote events, courses, and other initiatives.
• Produce visually appealing leaflets that effectively convey information about our institutions and offerings to target audiences.
• Design website banners that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for design projects.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
