Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing marketing materials, branding assets, digital creatives, and campaign visuals that drive customer engagement and sales in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative visuals for real estate marketing campaigns, brochures, flyers, social media posts, websites, and other branding materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate business requirements into compelling design concepts.
• Create 3D visuals, floor plans, and property renderings (if applicable).
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance brand identity.
• Work on both print and digital creatives, including advertisements, email campaigns, and presentation decks.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and real estate marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate domain.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience in designing property brochures, digital ads, banners, and social media creatives.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹10,949.31 - ₹36,857.62 per month
