At ctrl+ , we don’t just “ make designs .” We bend pixels until they behave, wrestle fonts until they sing, and turn empty canvases into scroll-stoppers. If Canva is your playground but Illustrator and Photoshop are your battlefields, keep reading.

• Crafting brands & visuals that make clients say “wow” (and sometimes “how?!”).
• Translating briefs into bold, clever, thumb-stopping content across social, digital, print, and the occasional “ random giant billboard in the middle of Zayed .”
• Working closely with our Art Director. Think Batman and Robin, but with less crime-fighting and more kerning.
• Keeping designs on-brand but never boring. ( We have a strict “no dull PowerPoint clipart” policy .)
• Experimenting, pushing boundaries, and occasionally arguing passionately about which shade of beige is the beige .

• LIVE IN SHEIKH ZAYED
• Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign....yes, even that one).
• Think in grids but dream in color palettes.
• Can juggle 3 deadlines, 2 pitches, and 1 very picky font, all before lunch.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Believe design is more than “ making things pretty ”.

• Know your way around motion graphics (After Effects lovers, we see you).
• Have worked on lifestyle, F&B, or real estate brands before (that’s our bread, butter, and cheesecake).
• love Koffee Kulture (its right downstairs)
