Position: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Designs: Develop engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, product labels, and website visuals.
• Branding & Identity: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Social Media Content: Design visually appealing content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone and targets the right audience.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions for campaigns and projects.Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design concepts.
• Editing and Optimization: Edit and enhance images for digital and print use.Optimize designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table. Incorporate best practices for usability and visual storytelling in designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within deadlines. Maintain organized files and archives of completed designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Experience in UI/UX design or web design is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
