We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Executive) to join our Marketing team and bring our brand to life across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can translate briefs into clean, consistent, and purpose-driven designs while collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders.
This role will support brand communication, campaigns, product pages, performance marketing, events, and corporate communications with high-quality visual content.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design digital creatives including:
- Social media posts, carousels, reels cover, story assets
- Website banners, landing page assets, display ads
- Email newsletters (EDMs), WhatsApp creatives, notifications
- Campaign creatives for performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Create print assets including:
- Brochures, flyers, standees, posters, certificates, event backdrops, ID cards
- Internal branding, office visuals, wall graphics, and corporate collateral
- Collaborate closely with content, SEO, digital marketing, and web teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Develop UI mockups and assist in creating intuitive and visually appealing web and app interfaces.
- Adapt visuals across formats and optimize for platform-specific dimensions and performance.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all communications.
- Assist in basic video edits, GIFs, animations for social/ads (preferred).
- Manage asset libraries, versioning, and documentation for easy access and reuse.
- Ensure QA of designs, alignment with brand guidelines, accurate content, and timely delivery.
- Support event branding and on-ground collaterals as needed.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects in parallel.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory (link to Behance/Drive/Website).
Technical Skills :-
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Corel Draw – Mandatory
- Working knowledge of Figma/Adobe XD for UI mockups and web assets
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to design for both digital and print mediums
- Experience with social media creatives, emailers, banners, landing page assets
- Understanding of brand guidelines and consistency across platforms
- Bonus: Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email design, Canva, PowerPoint design, and pre-press for print
