Graphic Designer

Role Description:
Insignia Web and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Bhopal. This full-time, on-site role involves creating engaging visual content for digital marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.

You will work on festival banners, social media creatives, reels, logos, website visuals, branding elements, and other design requirements for clients and internal projects. The role also requires basic to intermediate skills in banners designing, video editing and motion graphics to support marketing and brand-building activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with trending AI design tools, possess a sharp creative vision, and collaborate effectively with our marketing, branding, content, and development teams to deliver impactful visuals aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital banners, ads, infographics, and website visuals.
• Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, and animations for promotional campaigns.
• Work on branding projects such as logos, brochures, posters, flyers, and business cards.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorming sessions.
• Adapt designs for different platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design and video projects with timely delivery.
• Edit raw video footage into polished final outputs with color grading, motion graphics, and effects.
• Apply sound effects, text overlays, transitions, and animations to enhance video quality.
• Stay updated with design and video trends to keep content modern and effective.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in digital marketing or branding preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, branding, and video projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good communication skills, with openness to feedback and collaboration.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
