We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Events & Branding)

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong eye for design and the ability to bring our event visions to life through impactful visuals.

Job Description:
As a full-time Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complete branding and visual identities for our events—from concept development to final printed materials. You will create designs for logos, signage, brochures, promotional materials, and digital assets, while also coordinating with printing suppliers to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design branding elements, event signage, brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Work closely with the events team to understand client needs and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Manage the full design process, including preparing files for production and liaising with printing companies to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials while adding creative touches that reflect the event theme.
• Present design concepts and mock-ups for client approval.
• Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously elevate the visual output.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with exposure to events and branding.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event branding, identity design, and printed material.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage end-to-end design projects, including production and vendor coordination.
