Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role combines visual creativity with digital strategy — you will be responsible for designing compelling visuals and managing our social media presence to strengthen our brand and generate qualified leads, targeting overseas real estate investors and lifestyle seekers across Turkey.

• Create visually engaging content for online and offline platforms (ads, brochures, presentations, banners, property listings, infographics, reels, stories, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs, aligned with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to translate property data into attractive visuals.
• Prepare layouts for property campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
• Edit and enhance images/videos of properties for use in marketing materials.

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and launches.
• Manage community interactions (comments, messages, shares).
• Optimize posts using SEO-friendly captions, trending hashtags, and CTAs.
• Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with digital marketing and design trends to enhance engagement.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Specialist (real estate experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and advertising trends.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills preferred.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English
