Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can design high-quality, unique, and visually appealing posters, birthday creatives, and company-related requirement graphics. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging visuals aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Create unique and eye-catching posters for various company needs.

Design personalized birthday posters for employees and clients.

Develop company requirement creatives for internal and external use.

Work on social media graphics, event banners, and promotional materials.

Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and visual standards.

Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams to understand requirements.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 2–3 years).

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality poster designs.

Ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines.

Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in corporate design work.

Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to suggest new ideas and concepts to make creatives stand out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
