We are looking for a Generalist - Human Resource with extraordinary interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of their employer's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives. Responsibilities

· Develop and execute recruiting plans

· Administering payroll and maintaining employee records

· Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization

· Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives

· Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

· Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management

· Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures

· Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits

Requirements : We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1 year of experience to:

• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create visually engaging designs.
• Design digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on design trends and continuously improve skills and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹72,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
