TheBroThing is a fast-scaling personal transformation brand helping men build confidence, level up their dating life, and become the most attractive version of themselves. Our content reaches millions every month across Instagram and YouTube — and now, we’re hiring a Graphic Designer who can bring visual power and edge to the brand.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Designing high-converting YouTube thumbnails that get clicked
• Creating branded Instagram story graphics (video + static) daily
• Designing templates for Instagram reels, posts, highlight covers
• Following our visual tone: masculine, premium, bold, and clean
• Creating hooks in design that drive retention and scroll-stopping power
• Collaborating with editors, strategist, and the founder to stay aligned

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail design principles (contrast, emotion, curiosity)
• Experience designing Instagram graphics for brands or influencers
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
• A strong portfolio of thumbnail and social content designs
• Good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual storytelling
• Efficient workflow and quick turnaround time

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience designing for personal brands, coaching, or transformation niches
• Knowledge of high-CTR design strategies
• Motion graphics experience

We are looking for someone with a good idea about design, opulant designs, and knowing illustrator is also a must.

We need someone who has experience creating books, magazines and revamping social media including thumbnails is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
