Graphic Designer

We are looking for a dedicated to providing innovative property solutions and exceptional client experiences. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with proven real estate experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including property brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and website graphics.
• Create visually appealing presentations and pitch decks for property listings and corporate branding.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop creative concepts that drive property sales and lead generation.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity and market trends in Dubai’s real estate sector.
• Edit property photos, enhance layouts, and produce virtual staging where required.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and marketing staff to deliver high-quality content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the Real Estate Industry (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related work (brochures, property ads, digital marketing assets, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content creation for social media.
• Understanding of Dubai’s property market and trends is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
