Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our online store and marketing channels across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting product images, banners, and promotional graphics for eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon etc.), optimized for performance, clarity, and visual appeal.
  • Create visually compelling and conversion-focused imagery tailored to each platform’s specifications, ensuring visuals effectively showcase product features, build trust, and drive sales.
  • Develop engaging marketing visuals for email campaigns, social media posts, paid ads, and influencer collaborations that support broader marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Design graphics aligned with digital marketing strategies, including promotions, seasonal campaigns, new launches, and retargeting ads — optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints by adhering to established brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and tone of voice.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all marketing and branding materials, including website assets, social channels, emails, packaging, and offline collaterals (as applicable).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging, translating them into impactful visual assets.
  • Optimize images and graphics for web performance, ensuring quick load times, responsive design across all devices, and high visual quality without sacrificing speed or usability.
  • Utilize design best practices for image compression, file formatting, and accessibility, ensuring compatibility with modern browsers, email clients, and ad networks.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design, marketing, and eCommerce trends,
  • Continuously explore and implement new creative formats, motion graphics, video snippets, and interactive content to enhance brand storytelling and user engagement.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Graphic Design, with solid expertise in eCommerce and digital marketing environments
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with strong working knowledge of Figma and Canva for modern, collaborative design workflows
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce design principles, including conversion optimization, product presentation, and user experience (UX)
  • Experience designing high-performing creatives for product listings, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads
  • Ability to create visuals aligned with marketing strategies, seasonal campaigns, and promotional goals
  • Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, etc.
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, branding, typography, layout, and color theory
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
