About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Graphic Designer who can blend design aesthetics with strategic thinking. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital design trends, visual storytelling, and social media dynamics, along with proven experience in FMCG, Lifestyle, or D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop visually appealing graphics, reels, and short-form content aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaign concepts, visuals, and digital assets.
• Strategize and maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone across all brand platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and platform guidelines.
• Work on creative assets for campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and paid ads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Designer in FMCG, Lifestyle, or D2C brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, aesthetic sense, and strategic design approach.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of social media trends, reels, and content formats.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand strategy and performance-driven design.
• Strong time management and collaboration skills.
