Job Responsibilities:

Arena is recognized as one of the top Republican mail and digital advertising firms in the country. We pride ourselves on quality, creativity, and speed. Designers who work with us are expected to:

• Design quickly and produce clean, compelling layouts primarily in InDesign and Photoshop
• Use typography and imagery effectively to create high-quality, impactful designs
• Contribute to projects such as direct mail, digital ads, and web design with turnaround times as short as a few hours
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues
• Adapt to the high-pressure, deadline-driven pace of election cycles, including potential late nights during peak election season.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Proven experience creating designs for print (portfolio required)
• Skills in After Effects, Figma, and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs are a plus
• A degree or certificate in graphic design is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
