Are you a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves bringing brands to life through visual storytelling? Hypemill Digital Marketing is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team!

Role Overview:

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll create engaging designs for both print and digital media. From packaging concepts, brochures, and signage to social media graphics, web banners, and email layouts, you’ll help define and elevate brand visuals across platforms. You’ll work closely with the creative team to maintain consistent brand standards while also exploring fresh, eye-catching ideas that stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design brand-forward materials for both digital and print (ads, brochures, one-pagers, tradeshow graphics, etc.).
• Develop cohesive visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Support the development of marketing materials for the in-house brand and external clients as needed.
• Collaborate with our team of strategists, copywriters, and project managers to meet deadlines and deliver impactful creative.
• Maintain and organize design files and brand assets across multiple brands.
• Adapt existing designs to various sizes, platforms, and formats.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including social media, email, web, and print.
• Ability to take creative direction, accept feedback, and deliver polished final files on deadline.
• Comfortable balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and composition.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with motion graphics, Canva, or web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow).
• Knowledge of print production and file preparation.
• Previous work in agency or multi-brand environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
