Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to deliver compelling designs across print, digital, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and design strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to maintain high-quality output.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.) and other design tools (Figma/Sketch).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and print design.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide a creative team.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.
