Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Develop engaging visual content for social media posts, advertisements, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Design branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, product packaging, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful designs.
Digital Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
- Create visually optimized graphics, GIFs, and videos for paid and organic campaigns.
- Assist in managing website banners, landing page creatives, and newsletters.
- Coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure visuals enhance digital visibility.
- Track campaign performance and suggest creative improvements for better engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of basic UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
- Photography, videography, or motion graphics skills will be a plus.
