Job Title: Graphic Designer (Full time)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Work from Home (Remote)

Salary Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Performance-Based Bonus: Up to ₹5,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Monitoring: Strict performance and productivity monitoring will be enforced.

Lock-in Period: Minimum 6 months commitment required

Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer who is eager to grow and contribute meaningfully from Day 1. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are serious about building a long-term creative career.

If you’re looking for a short-term role or frequent job changes, this position is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals such as carousels, flyers, packaging, social media graphics, reel covers, etc.
• Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across deliverables.
• Support the senior creative team with ideation, research, and execution.
• Collaborate on creative briefs and meet delivery timelines.
• Learn and gradually adopt tools for basic motion graphics (Canva Animator, After Effects, etc.)
• Work independently with regular performance check-ins and task reviews.
• Maintain professional discipline and adhere to remote work protocols.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (basic animation knowledge is a plus)
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Must own a laptop with required creative software
• A degree or diploma in Design/Visual Communication is preferred, not mandatory

Performance & Growth Policy

• Permanent employment from Day 1
• 6-month lock-in period is mandatory
