Summary:

· The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Marketing Team, responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports branding, advertising, and promotional efforts.

· This role works both independently on assigned projects and collaboratively with the team on larger company-wide initiatives.

· The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Creative Director.

Primary Responsibilities

· Develop digital and print marketing assets, including advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and trade show materials.

· Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual communications.

· Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Traditional Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

· Assist in the design and production of product packaging, infographics, and website visuals.

· Support the Tradeshow Manager by designing event materials, booth graphics, and promotional items.

· Work with the Innovation Marketing Manager to create assets for new product launches.

· Edit and enhance photography and video content as needed.

· Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices to continually elevate brand visuals.

· Manage and organize digital design assets for easy access across departments.

· Provide creative input on marketing strategies and initiatives.

Education / Experience Requirements

· Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.

· Knowledge of printing processes, digital marketing, and UX/UI principles is preferred.

· Experience within the dental or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.

· Ability to adapt and thrive in a team-based work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
