Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer who is not only skilled in video production and motion graphics but also has a strong background in graphic design and the ability to handle videography when needed. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can bring fresh ideas to life through engaging visual content that strengthens Polychem’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative video content for campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
• Shoot, capture, and edit video content, including product showcases, events, and interviews.
• Edit raw footage into professional, high-quality videos with sound, transitions, and effects.
• Design and animate motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Create engaging graphic designs and layouts for digital and print use.
• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all creative deliverables.
• Stay updated on design, video, and multimedia trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Design, Film, Animation, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in video design, graphic design, and videography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong creative visualization and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing a mix of video, graphics, and motion design work.
