Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / UI Designer to join our Pragathi IT Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs for both internal branding and external client projects, including websites, mobile apps, digital marketing creatives, and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and UI components for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
• Create branding materials, advertisements, social media creatives, brochures, and other marketing assets.
• Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and clients to deliver effective visual communication.
• Translate business requirements and client briefs into innovative and engaging designs.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms.
• Stay updated on current design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Software Knowledge Required:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW

Bonus: Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI design is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic or UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and UI layout design.
• Attention to detail with a passion for clean, modern design.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate accordingly.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
