Responsibilities

Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure timely delivery of all creative projects.

Use industry-standard design software and modern tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, Procreate, and AI-powered design tools (e. g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).

Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and doodles for use across social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

Develop creative logo concepts for new and existing products.

Create visually engaging print and digital assets, including banners, brochures, presentations, and ad creatives.

Retouch, enhance, and manipulate images to meet visual standards.

Collaborate with the Senior Creative Designer and Marketing Manager to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas.

Implement feedback effectively to refine and improve design outputs.

Prepare final design files for publishing across digital platforms and social media.

Maintain awareness of current design trends and best practices in digital content creation.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in digital, print, branding, and character illustration.

Hands-on expertise with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Ability to design original characters and doodles for brand storytelling.

Familiarity with modern design platforms such as Figma, Canva, and AI-assisted tools.

Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and constructive feedback.

Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
