About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing digital and print assets, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital platforms (social media, websites, emailers, ads, etc.) and print (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals that support campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Create design templates, infographics, illustrations, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver consistent visual identity.
• Adapt and repurpose designs for multiple channels while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Strong creative thinking, layout, and typography skills.
• Ability to translate briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across digital and print.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working in B2B or agency environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
