Your Role

Graphic Designer

As the Graphic Designer on TransPak’s Marketing team, you’ll be the creative engine behind our content and brand identity. Focusing primarily on producing digital and print marketing assets, you'll bring ideas to life through professional, impactful, and on-brand design.

This role is highly creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, making it ideal for someone who can translate concepts into polished deliverables across a variety of mediums. It also requires flexibility to balance quick-turn requests with planned projects and an ability to uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer’s scope will include the design of social media graphics, print and digital ads, sales sheets, trade show booths, branded merchandise, and internal newsletters. In addition, you’ll manage photo editing, maintain a visual asset library, and support ad-hoc design needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design & Production of Marketing Collateral
  • Design graphics for digital channels including social media, digital ads, internal communications, and more
  • Create print-ready assets such as sales sheets, trade show booths, and print ads
  • Translate requests into professional, on-brand designs
  • Ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with TransPak brand standards
Ad-Hoc Design Support & Asset Maintenance
  • Respond to ad-hoc design requests from marketing and partner teams, balancing multiple projects and priorities
  • Provide file support, template updates, and quick-turn graphic needs
  • Edit photos, and maintain and organize master photo repository
Huge Plus: Photography & Videography
  • Capture original photography of events, facilities, and company capabilities
  • Film and edit video content for external and internal audiences – quarterly YouTube videos, facility & staff highlights, trainings
What We’d Like to See from You

Graphic Designer candidates should have:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print formats
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines with speed and accuracy
  • High attention to detail and commitment to error-free deliverables
  • Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across teams
  • Huge plus: demonstrated experience with photo and video capture and editing
Skills and Competencies:
  • Creative design thinking paired with executional precision
  • Strong organizational skills for managing many small projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret requests and translate them into effective visual solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and ad-hoc requests
  • Strong visual storytelling skills across formats
Tools:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • Canva
  • Project management platforms (Monday, Asana, or similar)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Huge plus: Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Your Candidacy

Role may be remote or hybrid, with preference given to candidates near a US TransPak location.
Target salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000.
If you bring photography/videography expertise, expect to travel to 4-6 shoots per year.
