VIGILINT is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visually engaging content that supports our global operations and brand identity. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of user experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts that communicate ideas and enhance brand identity.
  • Design layouts, graphics, and illustrations for digital and print media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive visual assets.
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Prepare files for production, including print-ready formats and digital optimization.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability in visual content across platforms.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the DoD, Federal, and SLED proposal processes, including compliance with formatting standards, visual storytelling for technical content, and integration of graphics into proposal documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with both print and digital production workflows.

Soft Skills:

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and open to evolving design trends and client needs

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design
  • Experience in healthcare, defense, or emergency response sectors
  • Relevant Certifications
  • Portfolio demonstrating visual and technical excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years' of Logistics experience

Benefits

$70,000-$90,000

Full-Time (Salary, Exempt) 40 Hours Per Week
