Position Title: Graphic Designer

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for collaborative branding work, encompassing both Graphic Design and Video Motion Graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in these areas and a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and innovative designs that promote high customer conversion rates, while maintaining brand tonality.
- Branding and Graphic Design:
- Develop and execute high-quality graphic design projects, including but not limited to logos, brochures, web graphics, social media visuals, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity under the leadership of the Veri MedTech Marketing Director, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to conceptualize and create compelling visual campaigns that align with strategic marketing objectives for Veri MedTech entities & subsidiaries.
- Video Motion Graphics:
- Design and produce engaging video motion graphics for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and the company website.
- Assist in creating animations, explainer videos, and other multimedia content to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand storytelling.
Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure video content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, potentially including content creators, web developers, and external vendors, to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Strategic Input:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide strategic input on branding and design direction.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to keep the company's visual assets cutting-edge and competitive.
- Assist the Marketing Director in developing and refining the visual aspects of marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong knowledge of Figma design, workflows, components, and prototyping.
- Experience in video production and editing, including motion graphics and animation.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
- Experience in designing visuals that are focused on the conversions of B2C revenue streams.
