Experience- 3+ years

Roles and Responsibilities of a DTP Operator/Graphic Designer

• Create, format, and design documents, brochures, books, reports, and other print/digital materials.
• Ensure accurate page layouts, typography, font selection, and alignment.
• Prepare illustrations, graphics, and images for integration into publications.
• Work with style guides to maintain consistency across documents.

Technical Operations

• Use DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, or QuarkXPress.
• Convert text, images, and data into print-ready or digital-ready formats (PDF, ePub, etc.).
• Handle typesetting, scanning, image editing, and formatting tasks.
• Check print specifications like margins, bleed, resolution, and color mode.

Quality & Accuracy

• Proofread and correct formatting errors, spelling, and grammar before finalizing files.
• Ensure high-quality output with proper alignment, spacing, and clarity.
• Conduct pre-flight checks before sending documents for printing/publishing.
• Maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
