Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic
Designer, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually
compelling designs that communicate our brand's message effectively. You will
collaborate with Marketing Team to create graphics for a range of digital and print
media, ensuring consistency and innovation in design across all platforms.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities of Creative Graphic Designer at Aurum Square
:
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing and effective designs for a wide
range of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and content teams to
understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visuals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Aurum Square brand guidelines
and ensure all designs align with the brand identity.
  • Create original and innovative designs for marketing materials, website graphics,
social media content, presentations, and other visual assets.
  • Ensure consistency in visual communication across all platforms, maintaining a
cohesive brand image.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to create modern
and engaging visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective visual strategies for
campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and
high-quality output.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, utilizing project management tools
and adhering to deadlines.
  • Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform design decisions and stay
ahead of industry trends.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, clearly articulating the
rationale behind design choices.

Qualifications Required for Creative Graphic Designer at Aurum Facility
Management:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or more in Graphic Design, Visual Arts/Communication, or a
related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a
diverse range of design projects.\
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. ).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design
concepts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
within a team.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.

Experience
  • 1-4 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably with experience in a
corporate or agency setting.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating
creativity, versatility, and technical skills.
  • Experience working with marketing and branding teams to develop visual
communication strategies.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design is a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.
  • A minimum duration of 6 months is mandatory.
