Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative leads and production teams to deliver design assets that align with brand and campaign goals.

Create and adapt static and motion assets for digital, print, social media, and retail touchpoints.

Build and finalize mechanical artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy, dielines, barcodes, legal copy, and regulatory requirements are met.

Develop packaging adaptations and extensions based on master designs, following brand guidelines and market requirements.

Support versioning, localization, and rollout of global campaigns across multiple markets and media formats.

Ensure deliverables are technically sound, pixel-perfect, and production-ready for both digital and print.

Collaborate across time zones and teams, maintaining consistency across all creative outputs.

Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills & Experience

Min 3 years of experience in a creative design or post-production environment (agency or studio setting preferred).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.

Solid understanding of mechanical artwork standards, print production processes, and packaging design.

Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills.

Proven ability to follow and adapt brand guidelines with precision.

Familiarity with prepress file setup, color correction, resolution, and bleed specifications.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
