GRAPHIC DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Graphic Designer

Experience: 1-3 years in graphic designing

Location: Jaipur, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area

We specialize in providing eco-friendly solutions across a range of building materials and furniture products. Our offerings include PVC profiles, fluted panels, soffit panels, false ceilings, uPVC doors and windows, etc. under the brand name ‘Polywood. Additionally, we supply modular kitchen and furniture solutions for projects under the brands 'Dynasty' and 'Studio Arezzo'.

Our company is BSE listed. We have 6 manufacturing Units and have a strong Pan India presence through Offices/ Showrooms/ Application centers/Depots in many major cities of the country.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity. This role will involve executing creative concepts across multiple platforms, especially focusing on social media content. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with other team members and external partners to produce impactful visual content while adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grasping and Visualizing Briefs: Understand and interpret design briefs to create graphics that align with the brand's identity, tone, and message.
• Social Media Graphics: Execute all required graphic designs according to the social media content calendar, ensuring designs are on-brand and meet the specified guidelines.
• Story Calendar Collaboration: Work closely with the content writer and social media manager to create and maintain a story calendar, ensuring timely delivery of visuals for each campaign.
• Social Media Posting: Post graphics on all social media channels as per the pre-determined schedule, ensuring content consistency across platforms and optimal engagement.
• Typography Proficiency: Demonstrate strong skills in typography to produce clean, legible, and effective designs that communicate the desired message.
• Interior Design Graphics: Experience in creating graphics for interior design or related fields will be considered an added benefit, allowing for a broader understanding of design principles in the industry.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Act as the point of contact (POC) between departments, freelancers, collaborators, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of projects.
• Creativity and Proactivity: Proactively suggest creative graphic ideas and innovative solutions, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Brand Identity Consistency: Ensure all visual assets are consistent with the established brand guidelines and visual language across all platforms and campaigns.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all designs are polished and meet quality standards.

Software Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop: Expert proficiency in Photoshop for creating high-quality designs, photo manipulation, and digital illustrations.
• Adobe After Effects: Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for social media and digital content.
• Adobe Premiere Pro: Knowledge of Premiere Pro for video editing is a plus, allowing for integration of motion graphics into video content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of design trends, digital platforms, and user engagement strategies.
