We are Looking for a Creative and Versatile Graphic Designer with Strong Skills in Visual Design, a Working Knowledge of Content Writing and a Solid Understanding of UI/UX Principles. You’ll Play a Key Role in Crafting Engaging Visuals and Experiences across Digital and Print Platforms while ensuring our Brand Voice and Design Language remain Cohesive. Ideal Candidates are Visual Storytellers who can Design, Write and Think from a User’s Perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Engaging Visual Content for Social Media, Websites, Blogs, Presentations, Email Campaigns, Advertising and more
  • Support the Creation of UI Components, Wireframes, Mockups and Web Layouts that are Intuitive and User-Friendly
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams to Conceptualize Campaigns and Translate Ideas into Visuals and Copy
  • Assist with Writing Short-Form Content such as Social Media Captions, Social Media Campaigns, Ad Copy, Landing Page Contents and Taglines
  • Contribute to Content Creation with Headlines, Taglines, Product Copy and other Microcopy as needed
  • Ensure Brand Consistency in Design and Messaging across all Platforms
  • Adapt and Iterate on Designs based on Feedback and Analytics
  • Translate Complex Ideas into Clear, Creative and Visually Compelling Assets
  • Optimize Designs based on Performance Metrics, User Feedback or A/B Testing Results
  • Stay Updated on Design trends, tools, UI/UX, Content Trends and Emerging Technologies to Continuously Improve Output Quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication or related field
  • 1-3 years of Experience in Graphic Design
  • Knowledge and Hands-on Experience with AI-Powered Creative Tools to Design Production-Ready Images, Videos, Effects and Social Media Assets, Ensuring High-Quality output that Meets Brand and Campaign Standards
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX work
  • Solid Understanding of UI/UX Fundamentals: Hierarchy, Accessibility, Usability, Responsiveness, and Interaction Design
  • Strong Portfolio Demonstrating both Visual Design and User Interface Work
  • Strong Content Sensibility - Ability to Write and Edit Short-form Marketing Copy
  • Ability to Visually Interpret and Enhance Written Content
  • Experience Designing Assets for Performance-Driven Campaigns (e.g., email, PPC, social ads)
  • Familiarity with Brand Strategy, Tone of Voice and Storytelling Techniques
  • Excellent Time Management Skills and the Ability to Work Independently or in a Team under tight Deadlines
  • Detail-Oriented with a Passion for Consistency and Precision
  • Motion Graphics or Video Editing Skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Webflow or WordPress for Visual Web Content
  • Good Understanding of Layout, Color Theory, Typography and Design best Practices
  • Strong Attention to Detail, Creative Thinking and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Meet Deadlines in a Fast-Paced Environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience Working in a B2B, SaaS or Digital Product Company
  • Experience Working within Agile or Cross-Functional Teams (marketing, product, dev)
  • Knowledge of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design
  • Knowledge of SEO and Copywriting Best Practices
  • Experience in Motion Graphics or Basic Video Editing (e.g., After Effects)
