About Us:

Flutch is an influencer marketing agency where brands meet content creators. We are revolutionizing how brands collaborate with content creators to tell compelling stories. Flutch is a team of IIT Madras alumni who have worked previously in startups and have extensive experience in digital marketing, data science, and advertising technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand collaterals.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print.
• Edit and produce short-form videos and reels to support social media content.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (knowledge of Adobe XD, Canva, or Figma is a plus).
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
