We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of proven experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. You must be able to work independently and have your own system or desktop with the necessary tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Create visual assets for branding, marketing materials, brochures, flyers, banners, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure visual consistency and effectiveness across all media.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, XD, InDesign, etc.) or similar design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback effectively.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Must have your own system or desktop with the required software installed.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web design
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment
