Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative process from ideation to execution for digital campaigns
• Develop campaign-ready concepts and present design ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and account managers
• Mentor junior designers to maintain quality, consistency, and innovation
• Ensure creative output aligns with strategic goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong creative vision with technical mastery and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI design tools
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color, and branding
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, diverse creative work
• Ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
