Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets including social media posts, brochures, banners, infographics, and event creatives.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across campaigns and initiatives.
- Create compelling design themes tailored to specific projects while preserving the foundation’s visual identity.
- Support the web team by designing layout components and UI assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of design material for ongoing projects and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, web, and campaign teams to produce integrated and engaging designs.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital and print design, preferably in a creative, social impact, or NGO environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Ability to interpret briefs creatively and translate ideas into polished design outputs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
