Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our college’s in-house design team. The role involves creating engaging designs for print, digital, social media, website, and event-related needs, ensuring consistency with the institution’s identity and communication goals. The designer will be part of a collaborative team environment and contribute to impactful visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative visual ideas that align with the college’s brand and objectives.
• Design a wide range of materials, including brochures, posters, social media creatives, event collaterals, and website elements.
• Ensure all designs maintain clarity, creativity, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, understanding requirements and transforming them into compelling designs.
• Stay updated on current design trends and integrate them into relevant projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional experience in graphic design. (Internships alone are not sufficient, but junior designers with proven skills are welcome.)
• Portfolio: Applicants must share previous work samples/portfolio while applying.
• Technical Skills (must-have):
• Canva – Strong command for quick and impactful design creation.
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – Working knowledge, especially for more advanced projects.
• CorelDRAW – Basic working knowledge.
• Creative & Communication Skills:
• Strong in concept development and ability to visualize ideas effectively.
• Clear communication in English, Hindi, or both to understand and execute content.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, adaptability, creativity, openness to feedback, and awareness of design trends.
• Preferred Add-on: Basic video editing skills (advantage, not mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Work Mode & Team Structure

• Work Type: Full-time, on-campus role.
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
• Team: You will be part of a collaborative design team, working together on creative projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
