Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms to strengthen our brand identity and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative assets for digital platforms (social media posts, website banners, ads, emailers, presentations, UI elements, etc.)
• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, business cards, and packaging designs
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate concepts into visually appealing designs
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects and adhere to company design guidelines
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content as needed
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh creativity to the team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven)
• Proven 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house experience is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Sketch is an added advantage
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with strong time management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills
• UI/UX design exposure
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
