Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and customer-focused Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is both design-driven and customer-facing, serving as a key brand touchpoint for clients and internal partners. The Graphic Designer will develop logos, brand assets, and marketing materials while preparing artwork for production processes including embroidery, vinyl cutting, heat press, sublimation, and engraving.
The ideal candidate will not only create impactful visuals but also collaborate directly with customers to bring ideas to life, develop concepts quickly and effectively, and confidently pitch and execute creative solutions. This is a dynamic and multi-faceted position requiring strong design expertise, customer relations skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and develop logos, brand concepts, and marketing materials to support business initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative counterparts and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful brand ideas and lead these efforts through design execution.
- Create and prepare artwork for production processes including embroidery, vinyl cutting, heat press, sublimation, and engraving (rotary, diamond drag, and laser).
- Ensure all artwork is accurate, production-ready, and aligned with customer specifications and brand standards.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for customers—listening to needs, providing design proofs, revisions, and guiding projects from concept through delivery.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring positive experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Assist customers in visualizing and developing new concepts, providing creative direction and pitching design ideas that align with brand identity and goals.
- Maintain organized design files, proofs, and documentation for both branding and production work.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, digital graphics, and company store or website updates.
- Prepare cost estimates for new products or projects.
- Support production as needed and provide troubleshooting assistance for design-related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, logo development, brand identity, and both print and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of preparing artwork files for production processes (embroidery, sublimation, engraving, etc.) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to a variety of customer personalities and project needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and clearly explain design decisions.
- Experience in retail sales or customer-facing environments with proven success in achieving sales goals.
- Understanding of brand consistency and creative strategy.
- Solid understanding of safe work practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods working at a computer creating and editing artwork.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in person, by phone, and email.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally to support production or events.
