Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate Graphic & Visual Designer to join our Branding & Design team. You'll play a key role in crafting compelling visuals that elevate our brand, capture attention, and communicate our message effectively. You'll leverage your design to create a wide range of GTM assets aligned to customer engagements by Sales /Pre-Sales/ Partnerships teams.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Translate business ideas and information into visually engaging designs and creative story-telling that adhere to brand guidelines
• 
  Develop high-quality GTM brand assets, including pitch decks, emailers, social creatives, ads and other assets aligned to customer engagements and buyer journey in the sales cycle.
• 
  Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new creative ideas
• 
  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• 
  Streamline workflows to optimize design and development processes, minimizing rework and maximizing efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of design experience, ideally in SaaS or tech companies
• 
  Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and other design tools
• 
  Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• 
  A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and attention to detail
• 
  Nice to Have: video editing skills
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across global time zones.
