At Swaparichay Studios, we craft visual stories that speak louder than words. From branding and print to digital and motion graphics, creativity is at the heart of everything we do. We’re now looking to add a print-savvy designer to our growing team.

What We’re Looking For

A Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience who has:

• Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW (daily-driver level) for print and packaging.
• A strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, and color for CMYK print.
• Hands-on experience with print production & prepress: bleeds, margins, dielines, trapping, imposition, color profiles, paper/stock selection, and vendor-ready files.
• Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
• The ability to visualize from scratch and translate briefs into compelling designs.
• Confidence to present ideas, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Curiosity about AI-aided design (staying updated on trends, writing effective prompts, leveraging AI to speed exploration).
• A growth mindset—eager to learn, adapt, and collaborate.

Even if you don’t know every advanced tool, strong fundamentals + imagination matter most.What You’ll Do

• Design print-ready assets: brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, labels, stationery, OOH, standees, and large-format.
• Build brand identity assets and guidelines; adapt creatives across sizes and formats.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute ideas.
• Prepare production-perfect files; coordinate with print vendors for proofs and final outputs.
• Create digital adaptations when needed (social, web banners, campaign creatives).
• Stay on top of design and AI trends to keep our work sharp and current.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic motion graphics or video editing (e.g., simple reels, logo stings).
• Prior experience in an agency or print house.
• Familiarity with packaging regulations and barcoding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
