Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

Experience: 2-3 years

Probation: 3 months

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite. If you love visual storytelling, have a great design sense, and enjoy video editing, we’d love to connect with you. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that brings brand ideas to life across social media, digital campaigns, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Business Head to design creative visuals for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Create eye-catching graphics that clearly communicate brand messages.
• Ensure all designs follow brand and client style guidelines.
• Keep design files organized and easy to access.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools.
• Review final deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Lead and manage a small team of 2–3 designers.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
