Graphic Designer

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative/digital agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and multi-platform design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and accessibility in design.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Exposure to AI-powered design tools and other new-age solutions is preferred.
  • Prior experience in creating design assets for healthcare professional (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or interactive media (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Experience in Pharma brands preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with brand teams to deliver impactful, high-quality content designs across campaigns.
  • Develop branded and non-branded content, marketing collaterals, and digital assets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Manage multiple design projects with efficiency and timeliness, balancing creativity with tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for production and printing requirements.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, digital innovations, and best practices within the healthcare communication landscape.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all visual materials, maintaining WRM’s creative edge.
  • Drive quick adaptation designs and campaign collaterals tailored to different brand needs.
