• Visual concept development: Conceptualize and create original designs, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print mediums.
• Asset creation: Produce a wide range of visual assets, including logos, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and website elements.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as marketing, content, and product, to understand their creative needs and ensure brand consistency.
• Design and layout: Select appropriate typography, color schemes, and imagery to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while balancing creative and technical requirements.
• Brand consistency: Ensure all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and maintain and evolve the visual identity of a company or project.
• File preparation: Prepare final files for production, whether for high-resolution printing or digital use.

Required skills and knowledge

• Software proficiency: Strong skills in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools are essential.
• Design principles: A strong understanding of design principles, such as color theory, typography, layout, and hierarchy.
