Overview :

Baseball United, the first-ever professional baseball league focused on the Middle East and South Asia, and one of the world’s most talked about new sports organizations, is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team for our historic first season. This is a two-month contract role with an opportunity to grow with Baseball United following the season. As a Graphic Designer at Baseball United, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand, contributing to the design and execution of creative assets across various platforms.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute visually compelling designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's branding guidelines.

2. Collaborate with CEO and marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.

3. Manage the design process from concept to completion, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail in every project.

4. Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to enhance the team's capabilities.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to generate innovative design concepts.

8. Embrace and embody Baseball United’s team-first culture and values-based principles.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

3. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.

6. Leadership experience, guiding a design team through successful project completion.

7. Familiarity with sports branding and a passion for baseball is a plus.
