Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image and engaging our target audience through visually captivating designs across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media.
• Develop and uphold brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual elements.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.
• Craft visually appealing website designs and user interfaces to optimize user experience.
• Edit and enhance product photos to elevate their visual appeal and showcase our offerings effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor designs through ongoing market research.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain design coherence across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a preference for experience in book layout.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design projects.
• Thorough understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with web design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines consistently.

Skills:

• Proficient in graphic design techniques and best practices.
• Ability to convey ideas through sketches or mockups effectively.

Salary Range: $51,000 to $54,000, depending on experience.
